Who is a Coach?

A coach can give you a safe and sacred space and presence to discover your needs and own resources. A coach can help you to challange and question your limiting beliefs, to create new habits, to become the best version of youurself.

Do you need coaching or therapy?

If you need help to overcome current challenges or to achieve your goals then you need a coach. If you have serious traumas from the past that prevents you from living a healthy life then you probably need a therapist.

Who needs a coach?

Everyone who wants deep and lasting transformations, who wants to live a fullfilling, happy and healthy life. If there is a gap between your current life situations and your ideal life/self, then you may need a coach.

What is the coaching process look like?

I always start with a free enrollment call where you can tell your challenges and we can decide whether we can work together and under which condiitons.

How is a coaching session look like?

Coaching session duration is usually 1 hour. First we discuss the main topic of the session and at the end the coachee decides the necessary actions to be taken after the session. Coaching session are held online via Meet, Skype, or any other suitable platform.

How many coaching sessions do I need?

The recommended is 12 consecutive session, week after week, to attain profund transformation. See the coaching packages for more info.

What is the cost a of a coaching session?

You can buy coaching packages that contains multiple sessions. I also work pro bono (for free) for individuals who needs it.

How can I pay for the sessions?

You can pay via wire transfer or by card in advance. Paying in multiple installments is also possible.
